A person cultivating narcotic plants was identified in Kuva district
On April 24, during a quick event conducted by the Criminal Investigations Department staff of the DIA of Kuva district, when they inspected the residence of K.G. in the Akbarabad mahalla with the participation of impartial witnesses, they found that he was cultivating eight bushes of cannabis and 28 bushes of "opium poppy" narcotic plants in his garden and took them as evidence.
In this regard, the Investigation Department of the DIA of Kuva district initiated a criminal case under Article 270, Part 1 of the Criminal Code, and investigations are undertaken.
Dear citizens! Do not plant or cultivate prohibited crops. Planting and cultivating them is against the law and causes criminal liability.
Remember that the person who committed this crime might be punished with imprisonment for up to three years.
